Head of Finance and Accounting (from 60%)
We are an architectural firm with around 60 employees at two locations. Our field of activity ranges from project studies and competitions to classic planning and implementation tasks as well as the independent development of entire projects as a general contractor. Thus, we take over the complete project management – from the initial idea to the handover of keys – and offer our clients a single, manageable, and reliable interface. We are mainly active in the area of our two locations in Northwestern Switzerland and the Zurich region.
Your tasks
The position is to be filled in the first half of 2026 – in preparation for the retirement of our current Head of Finance and Accounting. Comprehensive and careful onboarding is ensured. In this key position in our company, established processes can be built upon and the area can be further developed for current and future requirements – always in collaboration with our motivated team at the Münchenstein/Basel location.

Your tasks
- Management of finance and accounting as well as close cooperation with management in financial planning, procurement, control, and liquidity management
- Management of accounting (holding, architects, project companies, mandate accounting) Preparation and analysis of financial reports for the general meeting, board of directors, and management (companies & projects)
- Tax and insurance matters, payroll accounting, and social security
- Leadership and development of employees in accounting
- Support in contract management as well as in the general contractor business (financing, bank guarantees, partner information)
- Specialist in finance and accounting with a federal professional certificate
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting
- Analytical and structured working method, high personal responsibility
- Open to further development of existing and new structures in cooperation with management
- Key role in a successful architectural firm
- Scope for design and development opportunities
- Close exchange with management
- Motivated team and modern working environment
