Day Structure Specialist (80% workload, between Mon-Fri)

These are your tasks:

Resource- and solution-oriented support of clients in daily day structure
Promotion of their development potential
Cooperative key worker activities
Close cross-departmental and interdisciplinary collaboration to create a needs-based day structure
Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies

This is what you bring:

Degree as work educator, specialist in care with a focus on disability care, or equivalent training
Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
