Your daily work:

• Strategic and operational management of the technology and quality department 
• Professional leadership, training, and development of employees 
• Responsibility for efficient and high-quality order processing
• Integration of technical clarifications and new products into the clearing processes 
• Design and 3D visualization of customer-specific solutions 
• Ensuring, monitoring, and continuous development of the quality standard 
• Analysis, evaluation, and reporting of quality indicators
• Close cooperation with management and department heads

What we expect:

• Completed technical apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ or similar 
• Very good CAD skills are required (AutoCAD, Inventor)
• Further training as a technician HF / federal specialist certificate desired
• Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership personality
• High quality standards and customer orientation
• German as mother tongue, French an advantage
