Specialist as Group Leader Technical Service

Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way to training, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.

For our team in Facility Management, we are looking for a specialist as Group Leader Technical Service starting April 2026 or by agreement.

• Independently maintaining a larger outdoor area and assisting in technical maintenance for an external key client
• Performing minor repairs as well as coordinating with external service providers and craftsmen
• Training and supervising our apprentices in operational maintenance (focus on building services)
• Assisting in technical maintenance and cleaning work on our extensive company premises as well as for other clients

• Certified specialist in operational maintenance with EFZ
• Further education in work pedagogy
• Professional profile course (or interest in completing it) as well as experience in training apprentices
• Training or corresponding professional experience as a painter
• Experience in maintaining outdoor areas and in technical maintenance of larger properties
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
• Flexible team player with a hands-on mentality, high customer orientation, and independent working style
