The following tasks await you:
- Administrative handling of the entire patient admission ofinpatient patient registrations
- Processing of reports as well as transfer notifications
- Telephone contact with referring offices in connection with inpatient registrations
- Clarifications with various cost carriers within the framework of the cost approval process
- Collaboration with internal interfaces (billing, nursing, doctors, reception, etc.)
- Ongoing process optimization
- Planning of our patient transports (transport dispatch) without ambulance
You convince us with this profile:
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in the Swiss health or health insurance system, preferably in a similar function
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Reliable and precise way of working
- Solid IT skills (MS Office ECDL standard level, industry-specific software such as Opale, Polypoint, KISIM)
- Motivated, flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
- High service orientation and very good oral and written expression
- Quick comprehension in complex situations, networked thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly
