Site Manager in Industrial Network Infrastructures

As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, switchboards and electrical infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.
Mission:
- Manage construction sites from A to Z: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover of sites
- Lead site personnel: supervise and motivate assembly teams with leadership and kindness
- Ensure administrative management of sites (daily reports from assemblers, measurements, etc.)
- Supervise the management of materials and tools, place orders for missing materials in coordination with the Project Manager
- Apply and ensure compliance with standards and safety on site
- Monitor the evolution of site costs and discuss site results with the supervisor
- Participate in site meetings with contractors, design offices, and architects as a representative of the entity
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a network electrician or equivalent ESTI recognized training
- Certification as an electrician site manager: a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in team management (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of the industrial sector: an asset
- Mastery of medium and low voltage installations: essential
- Organized, dynamic, motivated, and flexible
- Valid driving license
