Job Description
You will join, within our Digital Transformation Division, a team of experts responsible for proposing IT solutions, monitoring their implementation, and developing recommendations based on Business requirements.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Be the interface between IT and the business
- Produce functional and technical specifications
- Participate in the creation of project and product roadmaps
- Create prototypes and screen mockups
- Participate in application validations with the business
- Participate in defining test cases in collaboration with quality assurance and end users
- Assist and advise the business on functional and organizational aspects
Qualifications
What profile for this position:
- You have a Bac+5 degree (Engineering School, University or equivalent ...) in computer science
- You have significant experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
- You are a good communicator and have proven analytical and synthesis skills
- You value (and spend time on) monitoring
What skills/knowledge for this position :
- Knowledge of the social insurance sector is a plus
- Mastery of Business Analysis techniques (Babok)
- Basic software development knowledge
- Knowledge of languages/modeling: SQL, BPMN2.0, UML
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma is a plus
- Operational English is imperative
