To strengthen our finance team in Zurich, we are looking for an analytically strong personality as a Junior Business Controller to support management with sound analyses.

Junior Business Controller m/f/d (100%)

Your Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of statistics and evaluations
Monitoring and controlling of cost centers
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Monitoring accounts receivable development and supporting receivables management (including analysis of payment terms and outstanding receivables)
Supporting the CFO and Head of Performance Management in analyzing the company’s financial and performance data
Further development of controlling tools, dashboards, and KPIs

Your Profile

Degree with a focus on finance and accounting (FH, university, professional certificate)
Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare
Experience with various IT systems, especially very good Excel skills
Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent working style
Motivated, open, and team-oriented personality
