Would you like to apply your technical know-how in an innovative and dynamic environment? In this responsible role, you support the maintenance management and contribute with your team to the high availability of our automated packaging lines.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

Main responsibility for maintenance work and shared responsibility for troubleshooting, optimizations, and repairs
Shared responsibility for training, promoting, and onboarding employees and apprentices
Participation in setting up and adjusting operating equipment and peripheral devices
Documentation of completed work and preparation of reports
Deputizing for the maintenance management and close cooperation with internal interfaces

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., production mechanic, assembly technician, or similar)
Experience in setting up and maintaining production or packaging systems
Ideally some leadership experience or willingness to develop further
Enjoyment of technical improvements as well as a reliable, team-oriented working style
Organizational and communication skills
