The psychiatry team cares for and supports people throughout the entire catchment area of Spitex Niesen. To complement the team, we are looking for a
- You work directly in psychiatric care, conduct needs assessments and create care plans - You are responsible for the care process with your clients (case management)
- You support our clients and their relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in coping with everyday life
- You work with doctors and clinics and coordinate internal and external services as needed

- You have a tertiary nursing education and professional experience in psychiatry
- You place great value on the autonomy and quality of life of clients and recognize, promote and strengthen their resources
- You enjoy working independently and are characterized by good work organization, resilience and high social competence
- You are motivated to contribute to the further development of psychiatric care
- You have good PC skills, hold a category B driving license and have your own vehicle
