Are you looking for a varied activity in a motivated team? Then you are exactly right with us. Although hand surgery is embedded in the structure of the OTH clinic, it has an independent secretariat – manageable, well-rehearsed, and personal.
Our team currently consists of two dedicated secretaries who, in close cooperation with our chief physician, two senior physicians, and two assistant physicians, ensure the daily routine in the practice and clinical operations. To strengthen and expand our secretariat team, we are now looking for you! You can expect diverse tasks, direct exchange with the medical team, and close cooperation in a small, collegial, and well-rehearsed secretariat.

Here you get involved
- Organization and administrative handling of the busy consultation hours (1 chief physician, 2 senior physicians, and 2 assistant physicians)
- Writing of operation reports, consultation reports, and general correspondence
- Operation planning and preparation of postoperative documents (postoperative appointments, prescriptions, orders)
- Telephone contact with patients and referring physicians
- Appointment coordination with the plaster room and wound outpatient clinic
- Various administrative tasks (mail, emails, data entry and changes in IT systems, insurance inquiries, controlling, and dispatch of operation, discharge, and consultation reports)
- General administrative secretarial work
You
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary, or as a medical practice assistant EFZ
- Experience in a comparable function is an advantage
- Organizational talent, resilience, and reliable, independent working style
- Efficient and structured working method, even with a high workload
- Very good PC skills, knowledge of KISIM
- Teamwork, initiative, and flexibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with patients
- Open attitude towards technical and organizational changes
