We offer
- Care of our spa guests as well as supervision throughout the entire spa area
- Ensuring the setups in the spa, conducting tours and spa introductions for our guests
- Cleaning and tidying work in the swimming pool area, sauna area, and changing rooms as well as behind the scenes
- Supporting the team leader in managing the spa all-rounder team
- Planning training sessions and onboarding new employees
- Conducting monthly inventory
Your profile
- Work experience in a similar environment desired. Ideally experience in housekeeping or spa.
- Physically resilient, as well as friendly and courteous demeanor
- Very good service understanding and well-groomed appearance
- Leadership experience in a similar area
- Enjoyment in dealing with our spa guests
- Flexibility regarding work assignments on weekends and evenings
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
