Your Tasks
- Nursing, care, and monitoring of patients (m/f/d) after accidents and surgical procedures (e.g., fractures, joint replacement, soft tissue injuries)
- Pain management, mobilization, and support of early rehabilitation
- Assistance with wound care as well as with plaster and splint application
- Care of patients (m/f/d) with polytrauma and complex injury patterns
- Proper and professional nursing documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Confident handling of clinic-specific IT systems
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
- Ability to work in a team, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Resilience and flexibility in everyday ward work
- Structured and independent way of working
