The Tax Processing Services team within SIX Securities & Exchanges offers institutional clients a comprehensive portfolio of innovative tax solutions in the area of withholding tax reclaim. In addition to established products, we continuously develop new services to optimally meet the needs of our international clientele.

These are your tasks

Responsibility for the efficient and risk-minimized handling of daily business in the area of Advanced Tax Services, adhering to the highest quality standards and time requirements
Independent clarification of tax-related issues with custodians and tax authorities to ensure smooth processes
Implementation of new tax services, including coordination with external partners and adjustment of operational processes in line with regulatory requirements
Provision of tax expertise for internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making processes
Active participation in projects, especially in the context of process optimization, digitization, and regulatory adjustments

What you bring with you

Solid education in the financial sector, consisting of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with advanced training focusing on Banking & Finance
Comprehensive expertise in securities and taxes, with practical application in daily business
Experience in project work, especially in contributing to quality improvements and optimization of business processes
Analytical thinking and quick comprehension, combined with high reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Team-oriented personality with initiative, as well as clear and confident communication skills
Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
