Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Living & Housing «in der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes living, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 110 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. The company operates as a non-profit corporation on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

• Leading the employees 
• Handling orders and storage of goods
• Compliance and control of hygiene guidelines according to HACCP
• Creating duty rosters
• Conducting/organizing events and seminars

• Training in the gastronomy sector and experience in a comparable position
• Reliability, conscientiousness, and flexibility
• Confident, friendly demeanor, enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good administrative user skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, are necessary
• First leadership experience is an advantage
• You love to communicate and work with team spirit
