Workplace: Dintikon

Your mission:

As a specialist, you are responsible for site assessments at the respective customer-specific locations. You ensure that employees can be catered for and also make an important contribution to the well-being of our customers.  

What you can achieve with us:

• Internal preparation (in our logistics center in Dintikon AG) according to customer needs of snack, cold, hot beverage, drum machines, Nespresso Professional systems and water dispensers
• Installations, modifications, service, repairs, dismantling and relocations of snack, cold, hot beverage and drum machines, Nespresso Professional systems and water dispensers at customer sites
• Creation and updating of documentation in our internal filing and communication platform
• Technical training and further education of the service organization based on the training plan and the sales team
• Second & Third Level Support for snack, cold and hot beverage and drum machines
• Second & Third-Level support of existing payment systems (Legic, Mifare, credit cards, coins, Nayax, Wallee, Twint, Evis) and charging stations (banknotes and credit cards)
• Regular information exchange with our suppliers

Your superpowers and achievements:

• You have completed a basic technical education
• We require that you have very good knowledge of electromechanics and electronics
• Experience in the field of catering machine solutions and payment systems
• You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of English and French would be an advantage
• Friendliness, customer orientation, resilience, flexibility and teamwork are important to you, as well as a neat appearance
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have a valid driving license category B
