For our Mies nursery, we are looking, on a permanent contract, for a start date on January 1, 2026, or to be agreed, a
Early Childhood Educator or Socio-Educational Assistant between 80% and 100%
🌱 Your mission
As an early childhood professional, you play a key role in the overall development of the child and the implementation of our nursery's educational project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families, and our institution.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being of each child.
Design, implement, and evaluate sustainable educational projects that respect individual needs and life rhythms.
Support parents and foster a co-educational relationship based on listening, transparency, and mutual trust.
Actively contribute to team dynamics and continuous training, in a spirit of multicultural openness.
Contribute to the educational quality of the Babilou Family group by sharing your practices through partnerships with our teams in one of our 10 countries and be part of the global early childhood community.
Encourage children’s natural curiosity by fostering their desire to discover, explore, and understand the world.
Promote the connection with nature as a means of awakening, well-being, and environmental awareness.

🧍♂️ Your profile
Diploma as a socio-educational assistant or ES/HES educator or any other title recognized by the competent authority.
Some years of experience in early childhood is a plus.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families, and teams.
