Your tasks
- Reception: First point of contact for inpatient and outpatient patients, visitors, and employees – friendly, competent, and helpful
- Telephone switchboard: Operation and forwarding of calls with high service orientation
- Communication: Written and telephone contact with referrers as well as patients for efficient appointment coordination
- Patient management: Responsibility for admission and discharge processes while adhering to internal procedures as well as creating individual therapy and daily plans for patients using RAP
- Data entry: Recording outpatient patient data in the clinical information system (KIS), processing admission notifications, and creating patient files.
- Cash management: Daily processing of payment transactions and maintenance of the cash register
- Administration: Execution of general administrative tasks to support the smooth daily clinic operations
- Holiday cover: During the absence of your colleagues on vacation, you take over their tasks and ensure that daily operations continue smoothly
Your profile
- Professional experience: Several years of work experience in healthcare is an advantage and enables a quick start
- Education: Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (KV), medical practice assistant (MPA), or health professional (FaGe)
- IT skills: Solid PC user skills, ideally with experience handling KIS and Dynmed
- Personality: Communicative, resilient, and assertive with a neat appearance and pleasant manners, a pronounced networked thinking, independent and efficient approach, as well as high communication skills.
- Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexibly at other locations and to provide cover
