Your profile
- Completed commercial training in healthcare, as a medical practice assistant or medical secretary, with experience in organization, coordination, and practice management
- Several years of professional experience in a coordinating, organizational, or administrative role in a hospital, clinic, or practice environment
- Enjoy structuring complex processes
- Strong organizational talent as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
- High independence, reliability, and implementation strength
- Resilient, calm, and engaging personality
- Very good communication skills and confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Confident use of digital tools (especially MS Office)
