Building Department | 100% | Chur and Regions
The Building Department represents the interests of the canton of Graubünden as a property owner and/or client as the canton’s construction specialist office and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, realization, and management of properties as well as consulting.
We are looking for a Facility Services Manager Regions starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

As a Facility Services Manager, you can expect an open working environment in Chur and the regions, attractive opportunities for further training, and possible flexibility for family and leisure activities.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring high availability of cantonal infrastructure and buildings as well as efficient and smooth delivery of required services
- Responsibility for coordination, leadership, and personnel deployment planning as well as billing and control of maintenance work and services related to property management in the assigned portfolio
- Planning and management of special tasks across the assigned properties
- Supporting property managers in the professional guidance and execution of cleaning and maintenance work on building substances and outdoor facilities
- Supporting property managers in coordinating the deployment of external service providers (e.g., craftsmen, cleaning companies, etc.)
- Active participation in service delivery and continuous improvement of existing processes
What we expect from you
- Completed training in a craft or technical field
- Further training as a Facility Management and Maintenance Manager (HFP) or willingness to obtain this qualification
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness to act in technical interventions
- Networked thinking as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good IT user skills
