Your future tasks
As Workday HCM Practice Lead, you not only drive our Workday offering forward but also build, shape, and design the future of our HR Transformation department. You are an industry expert and a driving force who expands our market presence and strengthens our customer relationships.
- Setting the course: You are highly knowledgeable about processes, IT platforms, and success factors in the HR area. As our Workday HCM Lead, you shape the future of our solutions. You act not only as a consultant for our customers and internal team but also shape the professional and strategic development of our digital HR area.
- Driving growth: You are the engine of our pre-sales activities. You identify new business opportunities, develop business IT solutions, and ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customers' needs.
- Building a team: You take on the substantive personnel responsibility for our Workday HCM team. Your task is to build, train, and further develop this team to ensure that we are well equipped for the requirements of our Workday HCM projects.
- Delivering quality and added value: You coordinate our services, projects, and shoring models. You ensure that we deliver first-class Workday solutions on time and within budget.
What you bring
- You are able to view and realign the business IT of HR areas holistically.
- You have experience in leading and implementing multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects as well as a deep understanding of project management and various delivery models.
- You have proven expertise in pre-sales activities and the development of business IT solutions.
- You have experience in building teams and convince with your ability to attract, promote, and sustainably develop talents.
- You are motivated to take on a leading role in a dynamic and growing environment.
- A pronounced entrepreneurial mindset as well as forward-looking and solution-oriented actions complete your profile.
- You have current Workday certifications in the HCM area.
- German skills at C1 level as well as very good English skills are required.
