About the job
Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). We provide social services for adults in difficult life situations. The organization includes professional guardianship, addiction counseling, vocational and social integration, as well as the Child and Adult Protection Authority Bezirk Horgen (KESB). The office is responsible for personnel management and financial accounting for the entire Zweckverband organization. As of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for an HR specialist 60-80%.You can expect from us
- Management of the entire personnel process from recruitment to exit, supported by an integrated digital personnel system
- Ensuring timely payroll processing including year-end closing tasks
- Participation in the implementation of the new ERP system
- Handling and processing of insurance cases (UVG/KTG)
- Active participation in the optimization and further development of internal HR processes
- Consulting and support of employees as well as managers in all HR-related matters
- Preparation of work certificates

- Completed commercial basic training with further education in the field of Human Resources
- Practical knowledge in the areas of payroll, social insurance, pension fund, and work permit management
- High digital affinity as well as proficient use of common office and HR programs
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, structured working method, and networked thinking
