<ul><li>With your friendly manner, you inspire our guests and can competently advise them about our offers, whether at the reception, on the phone, or by email</li><li>You are co-responsible for order and cleanliness in the reception area</li><li>You organize yourself during your shift and ensure smooth coordination of guests upon entry as well as scheduling massages</li><li>With your sales flair, you actively help with the presentation and sale of our shop products<br></li></ul>
Your main tasks as guest service staff
<ul><li>You are co-responsible for monitoring and cleaning tasks as well as for order and cleanliness in the operation</li><li>With your confident appearance and good manners, you convey security to our guests during their wellness stay</li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You take accident prevention measures and check compliance with house rules</span></li></ul>
What you bring with you
<ul><li>You are service-oriented and enjoy approaching people</li><li>You come from the hotel industry (advantageous) or have already gained experience in this area and have a preference for the wellness sector</li><li>You have high social competence and can deal well with people</li><li>You speak German fluently and have good English skills</li><li>You show your flexibility with your willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>
