Your Tasks

Independently support and accompany our customers - active as well as retired employees including partners
Holistic advice on account and card range, investments, and retirement planning
Actively identify and communicate further customer needs
Answer all inquiries about our basic services by phone or in personal customer contact

Your Profile

Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education with relevant professional experience
Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
Affinity for digital channels
Enjoy active customer consulting as well as sales and service orientation
Excellent manners, confident appearance, and trustworthy personality
