We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.
YOUR MISSION
Further development and maintenance of our AC product portfolio to ensure marketability and technical excellence
Creation and coordination of structured requirement and specification documents based on market and customer needs
Planning and design of low-voltage electrical systems on site – including NSHV, UV, and data distribution
Central interface for all product-related topics in the AC area – both internally and externally
Analysis of technical requirements from tenders and translation into concrete product proposals for our sales team
Creation and continuous maintenance of all product-relevant documents – from CE declarations to maintenance manuals
Evaluation of new standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and market approval
Management of AC product development projects – from idea to market entry – focusing on schedule, budget, and quality
Close collaboration with internal and external development partners for the technical implementation of product requirements
Regular reporting on project status, risks, and open issues to the hardware team management
Accompanying and coordinating tests and certifications – up to successful product release
The position is carried out on-site in Aachen four fixed days a week
YOUR ENERGY-CHARGED PROFILE
Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
In-depth expertise in AC charging systems, their components, and system architecture
Experience in product management and confident handling of technical documentation and standards (e.g., IEC, EN, CE)
Knowledge in the planning and design of low-voltage systems (NSHV, UV)
Experience in project management with agile and classic methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and technical judgment
Strong communication skills in German (negotiation level) as well as good English skills (at least B2)
Ability to moderate workshops and coordinate different stakeholders
Proactive team ability, hands-on mentality, and high personal responsibility
