Department: Applied Psychology
Start date: August 1, 2026, or by arrangement
- You will independently conduct courses in the BSc and MSc programs in Applied Psychology.
- You will supervise student qualification papers (seminar, BSc, and MSc theses).
- You will participate in the coordination and organization of the study program.
- You will collaborate on ongoing research projects in the field of occupational and organizational psychology.
- Depending on your prior experience, you will support project acquisition or independently carry out acquisition activities.
We are looking for a solution-oriented, socially competent, and motivated individual who enjoys working in a team and wants to advance teaching and research together with us. You hold a doctorate in psychology or are close to completing it. In addition, you have a strong affinity for topics from the broader field of occupational and organizational psychology and can be enthusiastic about one or more of our thematic areas (diagnostics in the work context, teamwork, leadership, coaching, as well as career and vocational counseling). You have extensive teaching experience at the university level. Ideally, you already possess a didactics certificate or are willing to obtain one. Relevant professional experience (e.g., HR) and/or counseling training (e.g., career counseling or coaching) is an advantage. Furthermore, you have already gained experience in research projects and scientific publications and have ideally been involved in the acquisition of research projects.
