Team Leader Property Management 80-100% (m/f)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for managing a versatile, demanding portfolio with office, retail, and residential properties
- Professional and personnel leadership of a small team (2-3 employees)
- Direct contact and regular exchange with owners and tenants
- Ensuring high-quality, customer-oriented management
- Planning, implementation, and control of investments, maintenance, and renovation projects
- Advising owners on legal and accounting matters as well as strategic property development
- Active participation in the further development of processes and standards within the team
Your profile
- Several years of experience in managing demanding office and retail portfolios, combined with knowledge in the residential sector
- Enjoyment of technical property management and the further development of properties
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience of at least 2–3 employees
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Communicative personality with a service mentality and team spirit
- Completed real estate-specific training (e.g., federal real estate manager with a diploma) is an advantage
