Abbott's Neuromodulation division in Switzerland is looking for a
Territory Manager Neuromodulation – Region Bern & Westschweiz
In this field based role you are responsible for the achievement and growth of the agreed sales revenues for our Neuromodulation Business (NMD).
This includes the acquisition of new customers, build up the NMD business in Switzerland together with the National Sales Manager NMD Switzerland, support of the customers in solving technical issues. Organization and responsibility of technical support and product trainings for customers and internal staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand the dynamics of the local market and competitors’ strategies impacting the Accounts within the assigned sales territory.
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge of relevant therapies, Abbott products, clinical practices, regulatory requirements, quality standards and business policies.
- Responsible for technical support and provides assistance to the physicians for implants and follow-ups throughout the dedicated territory.
- Develop and implement Account Plans to achieve sales revenues.
- Responsibility of Inventory in assigned territory.
- Provide technical assistance whenever requested by healthcare professionals in assigned Accounts, or by other colleagues as agreed with the supervisor.
- Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested, responding to technical questions that might be raised by internal or external customer personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate territory records using and provide reports and forecasts when requested.
- Responsible for training on the application of new products.
- Assist marketing team members or other functional specialist to identify potential new product or business development opportunities.
Your Profile
- Education in medical and / or technical environment
- First experience within implantable Medical Devices, Technical Support and/or Sales
- Flexibility to travel within Switzerland
- Experience in working in a hospital environment
- Experience in selling & negotiations
- Very good IT skills
- Very good Office 365 User
- Excellent language skills in German, French, and English are mandatory.
- Driving License Cat B
