As a specialist in the HR field, you take on a central role in a dynamic environment and support the HR manager in handling the entire HR lifecycle. With your experience and expertise in HR, you contribute significantly to the company's success.
What you do:
- Competent advice and support for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Independent payroll processing including social security, withholding tax, and annual financial statements
- Comprehensive personnel administration – from hiring through changes to termination (e.g., employment contracts, certificates, personnel files, etc.)
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in Abacus and the time tracking system
- Participation in recruitment
- Professional correspondence with internal and external bodies (authorities, insurance companies, etc.)
- Active involvement in HR projects and the further development of our personnel services
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training with further education in payroll/HR
- Several years of experience in HR including payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- Ideally experience with the Abacus payroll system
- Confident handling of digital tools
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a good understanding of contexts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team spirit and openness to new tasks and challenges
