Certified nurses for the Mobile Resource Team (EMR)
To strengthen our mobile resource team of the DFME, we are looking, from March 1, 2026, for an indefinite period, for certified nurses for the Mobile Resource Team, with an activity rate between 70% - 100%.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Woman-Mother-Child Department (DFME) includes the Gynecology, Obstetrics, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Child and Adolescent Surgery Services. More than 1,500 professionals work within this department. We care for women throughout their lives on gynecological, obstetrical, and psychosocial levels, as well as children from birth to adolescence.
The staff of the DFME Mobile Resource Team (EMR) provides medium and long-term replacements in the various units of the DFME.
The Mobile Resource Team staff is trained in the department's practices. They have access to information and continuing education offered.
Mission
- You ensure replacements in various units of the Woman-Mother-Child department
- You carry out, in collaboration with the care team and doctors, comprehensive patient care (technical and relational care, advice, and therapeutic education)
- You guarantee the proper execution of delegated medical acts and assume responsibility for them
- You actively participate in welcoming patients and their relatives as well as in organizing work, ensuring the smooth running and continuity of the unit's activities
Profile
- You hold a HES nursing diploma (or an equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross, mandatory)
- You have experience in pediatric care and/or gynecology
- You demonstrate great versatility and initiative
- You show interest in diversity and interdisciplinary teamwork
- You are autonomous and organized and know how to adapt to different contexts.
Depending on the profile, the salary class ranges between level 8 and 9.
