• Care, support and advice for our clients at home
• Performing basic and treatment care
• Support and accompaniment of our clients in economic activities
• Guidance and support of our trainees during their training period
• Training as a health specialist EFZ or nurse FASRK
• Completed further training as a vocational trainer or interest in completing it
• Enjoyment of nursing, care as well as household activities and dealing with people in need of help
• Enjoyment of leading and supporting young trainees
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, independence and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German and driving license category B
• Careful introduction (re-entrants are warmly welcome) to an interesting and varied area of responsibility
• Responsible, varied and independent activity in a motivated team and exciting environment
• Support in balancing work and family (only morning or evening shifts as well as weekend shifts possible)
