In your role, you take responsibility for the entire process:
Recruitment: You search for and accompany suitable people until their successful start in the new job.
Interviews: Conducting conversations helps you properly assess talents and their strengths.
Network: You also maintain existing contacts and actively build new business relationships in the region.
Customer contact: Searching for new companies as well as supporting regular customers are also part of your focus.
Presence: You regularly visit companies on site because direct contact with people is important to us.
Coordination: Finally, you plan assignments and provide support to ensure customers and candidates are always satisfied.

Background: Training in a technical, commercial, or construction-related profession forms your basis.
Experience: You have already worked in sales or consulting, but motivated newcomers are also welcome.

Working style: You work independently and neatly, as you pursue your goals responsibly.
Language: Very good knowledge of German or French is important, while the second language is a plus.
Mobility: A category B driving license is necessary for your appointments outside the office.
