The Landhaus Neuenegg nursing home is located on a hill with a wide view, 10 minutes by car west of Bern. It offers care and support to 64 residents in charming and individual rooms. The home is divided into several living areas for people with light to severe care needs, people with dementia, or in geriatric rehabilitation. With high service quality, responsibility, and mutual respect, we create a climate of trust and togetherness.

We are looking for a committed personality as Head of Nursing Department 80 – 100% starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You lead a dedicated team of around 30 employees with heart, clarity, and foresight and promote a culture of togetherness
• You create an atmosphere in which our residents with dementia feel completely comfortable
• With your organizational talent, you design the duty roster so that the needs of the residents as well as those of the employees are taken into account
• You implement our nursing concept with conviction and ensure that every level of care is professionally practiced
• You guarantee care and support that makes the highest quality tangible

Your profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or an equivalent qualification and apply your expertise purposefully
• You have leadership experience and know how to lead a team with clarity, commitment, and empathy
• You think in networks, act solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in challenging situations
• You strengthen the team with your positive charisma and value a trusting collaboration
