Your main tasks:

Planning, design, and sale of electrical heating elements
Calculation of sales prices
Customer support by phone and email, from inquiries to complaints and after-sales
Monitoring and ensuring delivery dates
Creating technical drawings and work instructions
Maintaining sales-related ERP data
Support in production planning (AVOR) as needed
Technical support and consulting in production

Your profile:

Completed basic training in the electrical field (e.g., electrician, electrical technician, mechatronics technician)
Confident German as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience with CAD programs is an advantage
Communicative, team-oriented, proactive, resilient, "hands-on" mentality
Independent and structured way of working
