Project Manager: Client Representation with

Acquisition Activities 100%

This varied and attractive position involves implementing client authority as well as professional, entrepreneurial leadership and management of new construction and renovation projects within our real estate portfolio. You ensure our defined target achievement in collaboration with external partners.

You independently take the lead from accompanying project developments through construction supervision to warranty acceptance. Situationally, you support our transaction manager in acquiring new construction projects and in reviewing and negotiating contracts for acquisition. You always consider and represent Asga's interests.

Your profile

Solid knowledge of the Swiss construction and real estate market is indispensable. You bring very good knowledge of the planning and construction process, including risk identification and management. Your comprehensive construction, contract law, and business management knowledge as well as your experience demonstrate your project competence.

You have a technical basic education (e.g., certified architect, HF technician) with specialized further training in construction and/or project management. Your several years of professional experience, e.g., as a client representative or project manager, in total/general contracting, with project developers, or in similar functions, complete your profile.

Furthermore, you possess strong assertiveness, a pronounced flair for numbers, and impeccable German language skills. Travel activity amounts to about 40%.
