We are looking for aProject Managerfor the regionCentral Switzerland with a workplace in Gisikon. With us, you can expect exciting projects ranging from commercial and residential buildings to high-rise buildings and industrial and data center constructions, offering you a modern working environment. Furthermore, modern working methods such as LEAN construction and BIM are not just theory for us, but are comprehensively and consistently implemented in our projects.

Your responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and realization of building projectsCoordination of all project participants (architects, specialist planners, contractors, authorities)
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
Leading project teams and external partners
Contract and change management
Conducting construction meetings and preparing project reports
Supporting acquisition and proposal processing

Why you will succeed

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management in building construction
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, construction law (SIA, OR), standards, and regulations
Proficient use of project management tools and MS Office
Strong leadership and communication skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
