We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Residential Area Manager 80-100%.
Your tasks- Implementing individual and professional care and support for the residents
- Management, organization, and coordination of the residential area
- Leadership and competent deployment of approx. 17 employees
- Responsible for ensuring the best possible care quality, especially safety, well-being, and quality of life of the 24 residents
- Training and empowerment of the employees as well as co-responsibility for professional development
- Planning and management of the care process within the framework of primary nursing
- Assuming the roles of primary nurse as well as day and house responsibility
- Active participation in shaping a constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ensuring a professional and RAI-relevant care documentation
- Degree as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (or equivalent)
- Work experience in long-term care and with people with dementia
- Leadership experience and leadership training desired
- Committed and established personality who wants to contribute and take responsibility
- High quality awareness, organizational skills, assertiveness, and a respectful, empathetic attitude
- RAI knowledge desired
- An interesting, varied, and responsible area of responsibility
