We are looking for a committed deputy ward manager for a surgical ward with a focus on gynecology.
In this responsible role, you actively support the ward management in leading and promoting around 25 dedicated employees. In close collaboration with the ward management, vocational training, and professional expertise, you ensure and develop high-quality care while considering economic key figures and the goals of acute care. You introduce innovations and development projects together with the management team and accompany them to successful implementation. In addition to the varied leadership tasks, you support direct patient care and take on daily responsibility.
Start date from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
How to become part of our team
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF / FH
- Several years of practical experience in a Swiss acute hospital, ideally in nursing in a surgical specialty
