Project Manager Region Central
The overhead line construction division is the construction company of Furrer+Frey AG and, with a team of around 130 employees, is responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of various projects. The Region Central team in Bern needs reinforcement. For this, we are looking for a
Tasks
- Management of new construction and renovation projects with overall responsibility for safety, costs, quality, and deadlines including their control
- Calculation and preparation of offers, management of order planning and processing up to acceptance including the billing of order costs
- Assembly and execution controls on construction sites in cooperation with the assembly team
- Contacts with customers, leading project meetings, and preparing documentation
- For smaller projects and if suitable, temporary deployment in construction management is also possible
- Customer care and acquisition of orders
Requirements
- Basic and further technical education as a technician HF with experience in the railway industry or experience in construction management with a desire for professional change
- Good language skills in German and another national language are an advantage
- Experience in handling technical projects in the railway environment
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Organizational strength, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Committed, motivated, and a team player
- Driver's license category B available
