Project Manager PbFM

• You integrate sustainable construction and operational standards to consider ecological, economic, and social aspects
• You plan and manage all phases of the building lifecycle – from planning through the construction phase to operation and later renovation or decommissioning. You ensure sustainable use and maintenance
• You supervise the construction work, ensure compliance with construction and safety standards, and coordinate all involved parties to guarantee a smooth process
• You analyze and optimize operating costs during the usage phase to ensure long-term economic efficiency
• You incorporate construction and safety standards, as well as owner and operator requirements, into the projects
• With your PbFM approach, you secure quality, deadlines, and costs in the projects
• You support collaboration in the various planning and management committees

• Training in facility management with a focus on construction-accompanying FM
• Knowledge of sustainable building as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
• Experience in planning and implementing construction projects
• Solid knowledge in project management
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• Confident handling of digital media, CAD, and CAFM systems
• Valid category B driving license
