Your Tasks

As an independent construction manager, you will realize numerous construction and renovation projects in the field of infrastructure facilities and plant construction. You work in interdisciplinary project teams on demanding projects. The comprehensive implementation of exciting buildings – especially in the special field of wastewater treatment plant construction up to technical equipment (plant construction) – arouses your interest.

Already in the concept phase, you provide advice and support in construction process-related questions. You work closely with our various specialist departments to ensure that our projects create the best possible conditions for the future in terms of sustainability and through circular economy concepts. Your main tasks lie in tendering as well as in site management regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and environmental protection criteria.

Your Profile

• You have training as a civil engineer FH, as a construction manager, or technician HF and/or have practical experience from a company or a planning office.
• You convince with creativity, determination, team spirit, and expertise.
• You think interdisciplinarily and show a lot of initiative.
• You are interested in the implementation of sustainability projects.
• You are open to new technologies (BIM – BIM2Field).
• You are interested in complex tasks.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations.

A pilot project was underway at the ARA Werdhölzli! The entire reinforced concrete shell of the new sludge treatment center was built paperless. That means: the dimensioning, planning, and execution on the construction site are all based on digital models. The pilot worked well! Yes, we want more!
