The customer service department in Supply Chain Management is responsible for the procurement of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging materials. It is also responsible for customer support, advice, and their timely delivery. To complement the young team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Processing internal and external orders
- Customer consultation
- Supplier monitoring
- Creation and maintenance of master data
- Ensuring delivery capability, both timely and qualitative
- Close cooperation with purchasing and logistics
Our ideal candidate has:
- EFZ as Pharmacy Specialist or Drugstore Assistant
- several years ofcommercial professional experience
- independent, structured, and precise working style
- very good communication skills, German/English spoken and written
- enjoyment of teamwork
- high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
- good SAP and MS Office skills
