YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Project management for international projects for the integration of the ETCS onboard system on our rail vehicles
- Leading the interdisciplinary project team
- Collaboration with authorities and other external parties such as subcontractors, evaluation bodies, infrastructure operators, and experts
- Responsible for customer service and communication related to the CCS subsystem
- Responsible for project planning (engineering, deliveries, testing, certification, and authentication) and its execution
- Responsible for project execution, achieving development and contractual milestones
- Monthly presentation and reporting of project status to management
- Assisting in the preparation of offers for complex projects with the bidding team
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with the application of rail-related guidelines and standards (TSI CCS, UNISIG, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Professional experience in the railway industry is a must
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form, good French skills, and German skills are an advantage
- Stakeholder-appropriate communication
- Open, communicative, and flexible personality with an independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Assertiveness and willingness to travel 10-20% is required
- Knowledge of signaling systems and stakeholders in France (SNCF, ATESS, KVB, etc.) is an advantage
