Under the roof of the non-profit and non-profit foundation Siloah, the Siloah network, consisting of a hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and the operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees, forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational and IT functions.

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the organizational and personnel management of a team of six employees
- Coordination of daily business as well as appointments with internal and external customers
- Support of the team and active participation in daily operations
- Willingness to work at other Siloah locations
- Data maintenance in CAFM
- Coordination of room management and assistance with moving work
- Material management in the area of general and special cleaning
Your profile
- Completed training in the field (Building Cleaner EFZ, Specialist in Household EFZ, or Specialist in Hospitality-Household EFZ)
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Training in aerial work platform category 3b or willingness to complete this
- Driver's license category B is mandatory
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Safety in handling devices and machines
- Independent, careful, and customer-oriented working style
- Good IT knowledge
- Enjoyment of practical cleaning work
