The Küsnacht school offers lunch, day, and holiday care for around 1,000 children from the 1st kindergarten to the 6th primary class in four school-extended care facilities (KICK). The children are cared for during non-school hours and during school holidays.
In the care facility KICK Itschnach, around 120 children from different social and cultural backgrounds are cared for. To support the care team, we are looking for a

Your Tasks
- Your working hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 09:30 to 18:00
- Care and leisure activities for the children in close collaboration with the care team
- Willingness to work interdisciplinary with the care and school team
- Promoting a modern, contemporary health awareness and eating behavior
- Administrative and household tasks
- Active participation in holiday care
- Active participation in meetings
- Collaboration with parents
- Training of a care specialist
What you bring
- You have completed training as a social educator, child care specialist, or a pedagogical qualification
- Professional experience in caring for groups of children in kindergarten and primary school age
- Positive view of people, quality awareness, teamwork ability, resilience, and independence
- Very good oral and written German skills
- It is an advantage if you have training as a vocational trainer
- For applications with a foreign diploma/certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be available
- Returnees are very welcome
