Photo & Video Creator with a passion for Social Media (80-100%)

Your Role

As a creative doer, you develop concepts, visually implement content ideas, and combine video/photography and social media in your daily work. With your eye for design, your talent for storytelling, and your experience in photo and videography, you shape the visual appearance of Veriset. You are part of a five-person agile marketing team and work closely with various departments and branches.

• As a creative mind, you develop ideas and scripts for visual storytelling
• You are responsible for product photography, employee portraits, and other shoots
• You create high-quality shots yourself or, if needed, with external providers
• You master editing, post-production, and optimization of the material
• You are responsible for the conception and production of photo and video content for all channels (Meta/Youtube/LinkedIn/Pinterest)
• You independently develop and implement our social media strategy
• You take over community management, actively interact with our followers, and are also responsible for social ads, monitoring, and reporting
• You participate in campaigns, product launches, and events throughout Switzerland to share them with our community
• Managing and maintaining the media archive rounds off your creative job

Your Backpack:

• You have practical experience in the conception, creation, and post-production of photo and video material
• You are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools like Canva or Final Cut
• You have experience or a strong interest in social media management, including strategy development, content planning, and community management
• Social media analysis tools are not foreign to you
• If you have led agile and creative projects before, this is a clear plus for you
• You have a category B driving license
• You speak fluent German; French is a plus
