You have experience as a Specialist in Health. You have an appreciative attitude and enjoy working with elderly people. You have a well-groomed appearance. You master the German language in spoken and written form. You are used to an independent way of working. You are a team player.
Your tasks:
- Independent way of working and high sense of responsibility
- Professional care of residents
- Performing professional basic care according to care standards
- Co-responsibility for the organization of workflows
- Co-responsibility as a vocational trainer
- Co-responsibility for the correct care classification according to RAI-RUG
- Management of electronic care documentation (EpDok)
