Spitex Fricktal AG is a modern and innovative non-profit Spitex. On behalf of 17 municipalities, we offer our services in a catchment area of approximately 50,000 inhabitants of the upper and lower Fricktal. Our around 100 employees and 20 apprentices and students care for over 600 clients in around 140,000 assignments per year. In addition to general somatic care, Spitex Fricktal AG also offers specialized care in the areas of psychiatry and specialized palliative care.

Your profile
- Training as a Health Specialist with EFZ (or equivalent qualifications)
- High professional and social competence
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Flexible and empathetic personality
- Car driving license is an advantage
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of our clients in their homes
- Qualified and resource-oriented basic and treatment care
- Assessing household situations and implementing measures
- Active collaboration with relatives and persons involved in care
- Close cooperation and support of the case managers as a contact person
- Supervision of apprentices
