Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing EFZ for CNC Turning Wanted
Activities
- Technical leadership and active participation in CNC manufacturing
- Operation, setup, and programming of CNC turning centers as well as conventional lathes
- Independent processing of customer orders, including single parts as well as small and medium series
- Ensuring product quality through precise measurements and visual inspections, as well as their evaluation and documentation
- Monitoring quality requirements, adherence to operation times, and timely deliveries
- Organization, maintenance, and servicing of the machine park and operational facilities
- Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Support in the further development of the team and promotion of employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a CNC polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical education
- Solid knowledge in CNC turning
- Experience with FANUC controls is an advantage
- Structured, precise, and independent working style with strong quality awareness
- Team-oriented, committed, and communicative personality
- Motivation and willingness to take on leadership responsibility and continuously develop
