At our six locations in the greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

To strengthen our team at the tilia Ittigen location, we are looking for a
Your task
- Independently ensure a well-groomed service for our residents in the residential area
- Various cleaning and transport tasks
- Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene requirements in the dining area
- Daily menu survey of the residents with an electronic menu selection system
- Responsible for breakfast and station supply ordering
Our requirements
- Training in the field of hospitality/housekeeping or experience in a similar role
- Enjoyment of work and dealing with people in need of care
- Neat appearance and good oral and written German skills (understanding dialect is an advantage)
- High quality awareness and service mindset
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Independent, flexible and communicative personality
